    please help me, sukad sa pagka gamay pa nako daot jud ko, ganahan ko nga maunod-unoran ba..unsa angay nako buhaton, stress pa jud ko sa kong work perme..

    kung gnahan ka patambok..drink milk kna full cream. ako gae 5 scoops ako buhaton.daghan rice nga diet..
    ug weight lift ginagmay kung wla oras or full time weight lift...

    naa jud uban nga bisan unsaon ug kaon, di jud gihapon mudako. Grabe siguro mu.metabolize sa gikaon bah. Anyway, ako sad sa una, daot sad kaayo. Ako gibuhat kay 1 liter milk a day nya ice cream pa jud aside sa kaon ug todo, unya balansehan pud ug exercise.     Take caution in gaining weight kay you might not be able to stop gaining until you become obese. Eating a lot is not even healthy to begin with. Lift weights and eat for muscle gains not fat.

    karelate ko. kay sa amo family mga gagmay gyud mi even if dagko gyud au mi ug kaon...protein bars sa healthy options sa sm kay nakatabang sa weight gain.
