PS: from my experiences, banks are good to you when you are about to open an account, but after that your on your own.

For me BDO:

You have to wait in a long snakey line, other banks let you wait while sitting down, they even serve you free coffee, like the bank near robinsons, ang name kay sterling bank,, hehhe

worst experience

was in BDO when I was about to open a savings account I had all the requirements and was being processed when the teller said that I needed to have my id's xerxoed, so I had to get out of the bank and find a xerox copier, I had to walk a few blocks just to find one.

after that I went to the bank and submitted my id, the teller rejected my id because my signature couldn't be seen, when I looked outside the door it was already raining hard,

to my frustration she requested for my 2 ids and xerxoed it herself, the xerox copier was just behind her desk, W*F, way kalouy nga teller I spent an hour roaming around to find a xerox machine naa ra diay sa iya likod grrr

nyahahaha...banks need clients. murag kining BDO nga imong gihago-an ug maayo wala magkinahanglan nimo. Ako pa nimo balhin ka ug laing banko. unya gawas pa, low tech na man na ang photocopy...scanner na man karon ang uso, ang uban gani nga banko, picturan ka dinha mismo sa branch. ang uban banko, naay mga relationship managers nga moatiman nimo para dili ka mobalhin ug lain nga banko.

Mao nga ako pa nimo pull-out sa BDO. Aw, deposit ug 5million unya after a week pull-out...ingna wala ka nakauyon sa ilang service hehehe. ingna balhin ka sa lain nga banko nga mas taas ug interest unya maayo moatiman, di ba magkabuang na sila ug luhod luhod nimo...taga-an ka ug cakes, flowers, wines, etc just to get you back.

ato i-report sa ilang VP para ma re-train. hehehe

- ATM nila taas jud line.

- If ever you have problems with your account specially payroll account you need to go to the branch kung asa gi submit sa company ang account. Meaning dili sila centralize. If you need bank payroll statement same gihapon. [I'm not sure sa savings account because I don't have a savings account with them kay samukan ko nila].

- Lahi2x cguro style sa BDO branches kay sa emall naa sila teller for multiple transactions then sa I.T. park wala. There was 1 time mag deposit unta ko sa ako account but naay nauna nako 2 ka insik naghatag ug 8 ka deposit slips wa pay labot sa mga cheques unya 2 ra ka teller nag trabaho, ambot ug unsa tong uban nag paso2x hinuon that was a Saturday. Nibiya nalang ko kay dugay kaayo, I went back after almost and hour then mao pa paghuman nila.



+ Positive ani nila [with a little negative] kay online banking ra, diha ra ko malipay sa BDO BUT I don't do online banking pod on paydays kay their system will hang sad usahay.

Dili jud ko withdraw during paydays, maghuwat ra man ko naay mang deposit nako. hehehe

sa BDO jud, grabe kalangayan sa mga teller dha ambot nlng jud. kada visit nko every sweldo pra mg deposit sus dpat mg gahin ka ug at least 30 mins sa imong time before ka ma entertain.
