A travel advisory posted on the British Embassy Web site advised British nationals to avoid travel to Cebu province "as we believe that terrorists are in the final stages of planning attacks."

Isn't it ironic that the reason our officials wanted to host the ASEAN summit is to advertise Cebu to the world. And now Cebu is already getting the publicity it hopes to achieve through the summit, but for all the wrong reasons.
