is hotel alejandro a good place to stay? is it safe? is it haunted?

i went in tacloban only once. i'm not that familiar with that place. and their waray language cannot be understood. i have heard hotel alejandro but i am not familiar with it.

so i will try ask my officemate who is from tacloban about hotel alejandro.
