Suggest a gaming PC build for Phenom II X4 840,

i would like to build a gaming CPU with Phenom II X4 840 as the proc, no idea sa VC and mobo yet but my budget is 35k including 22"LED, i can extend the budget if needed. can somebody suggest a build? kanang nindut pag ka templa, compatiblity, etc....

If nakapalit naka procie, buy 990 chipset MoBo arun AM3+ na daan imu MoBo...

if wala pa go SB mas paspas...

acknowledge, but mo prefer man gud ko ug AMD ako procie... any suggestion nga amd procie, not so mahal and recommended for gaming? thnx
