need advise: i just quit my call center job

istoryans, ga-quit na ko sa akoang job as call center agent kay gikapoy na jud ko. whatever i do, mao gihapon, wala'y nahitabo. try man gani ko apply to non-voice post but the account wouldnt let me kay kuwangan daw sila agent.

what's clear right now is that i don't want to work sa bpo, ok ra pud gihapon, basta non-voice ra. working at night has been so stressful for me and deteriorated my health a lot. i dont smoke and drink, but im a hypertensive person.

lisod na kaha for me kita work? ang skills nako is more on web design, dreamweaver, css, html, adobe photoshop at indesign

as the years progress,working in a bpo would ultimately deteriorate your health... in the end... wala kay matabang sa imong self... imong lawas nagka gabok madugay....

working as a call center is all but temporary.. BUT DEFINITELY NOT FOR KEEPS!...

Being hypertensive shouldn't 100% prevent you from working nights.. or working in general.
kulang lang ka sa excercise cguro.
I've spent the last 5-6 years of my life working night shift and I'm so used to it that I'm no good in the mornings..bali pd ko..
I miss a lot of things because I sleep during the day but I am pretty efficient at my work.
I only wish that they will build 24 hour malls here sa cebu aron maka suroy pd ko haha..

Try your best na i condiiton imong body sa pag work at night..
Also, if you're just bored of the job, there's probably nothing anyone can do about it, right?

ok ra me to work at night, like i said, no more voice support and im after a job that can expose me more sa "other skills" ko

it's a bit hard din naman to leave the job, but its my body and its quite different when your taking calls at night than to look at the monitor and tinker with fave content management software.

ako kai ni volunteer for night shift agent.. all in one agent (voice, chat, email) kasagaran naa ko ka istorya sa phone nya nag reply pud ko sa email
nya kung dili na ma kaya sa mga dayshift .. pa dutyhon mi

since college pirmi ko tulog sa hapon mata ko sa kadlawn ... mao nang ako mga classe kai kai 7:30am - 12noon kasagaran

Lawas gyud ang puhunan.. dili tingali para nimu ang call center, try lang sa websites gihatag ni nailv para pili lang ka nga makafit nimu.

basin ganahan pod ka ang trabaho maoy mo doul nimo, dli man na pwde sa homebased or freelances. ikaw jd mangita trabaho ug cliente.

thanks sa mga insights istoryans.. highly appreciated. what im trying to do is take care of my health even more and free up some time to build my portfolio in the field of web development. bahala gamay sweldo for now, start from scratch as well.
