    Default Shoulder Pain


    Hi iSTORYANS,

    Anyone of you suffer a pain in your left/right shoulder? if you do pls advise what are the natural remedy/ies to lessen its swell or to suggest daily routine to eliminate maybe kay sakit jud kaayo if motukaw...maybe its also an arthritis...pls help.ty

    panuhot ra tingali na bay. pa hilot lang pero i suggest adto nalang doctor.

    ang ako buhaton kay butangan ug vapor rub....mawala ra man pud ang sakit...

    nahuman naman ni nakog pa massage...but mobalik raman cya every lunch time pa jud..

    naa ko ani, d man siya pain murag discomfort ra. pero ambot bacin naanad nako after all these yrs.. hasol2x na siya karon.. ang ako kai basta ako irotate2x ako shoulderblade kai mag kuto2x ug maau ang bukog, madungog gud sa akong tupad pero mas kusog mo kuto sa right nako...den kanang ikalit nakog bira ako siko padung sa likod kai mo piti ako shoulder joint...

    ang ako ipa massage naku gamay nya butangan naku warm towel na gamay then e rub gamay na pao.. hehe mamaol pud na ako shoulder sa cgeg dala ug bag na puno ug sample bug at kaau.. kapoy au to na life sa rep.. though cge kog smile.. hehehe

    this bares repeating.

    unsa may naka ingun ana, ts? i use to have this problem before but since doing rotation cuff exercises na alleviate na ang problema. try lag google those movements.
