excel wont print in color?

guys ask lang ko ninyo, kinsa nakaexperience ani nga prob...the situation is like this, i have a excel spreadsheet inserted in a word document..cause im making the grades of the students of my mom... originally made ni siya sa word 2003, then ako siya g.edit using word 2007, then dili na siya maprint ang colored text/nos sa spreadsheet ug apil, bali black nalang jud tanan...the rest docs nga wala g.edit nako sa word 2007, moprint raman ug colored...unsa kaha ang settings ang nautro ani? thanks

e try lng daw ug save-as 2003 jpn na file sa word.. basig mka tabang..
mka usab mn gd nang sa 2007 na word gd.. >.< try lng..

dili gyud na dali ma solve kung ing-ana imong pag post TS.. dili mana pan nga imong lang paliton sa bakery nya kan-on dayon.. usapa daghan ug possibility sa culprit ana.. mao wala kaayo mo tagad.. kung gusto ka tabangan tika akoy troubleshoot.. just install teamviewer then after nako ma human ug troubleshoot ang unit.. e uninstall ug balik.

try to check your excel print settings, even though sa word cya g print but imo rman cyang g embed sa word.

try this in you excel

1. In Print Preview, click the Setup button.
2. Click the Sheet tab.
3. Uncheck the Black and White checkbox.
4. Click OK.

See if that switches to color.

wala man sir...

pero akong gitry ug activate ang preview before printing...ang naa sa preview kay black ra tanan eventhough, colored if mg.edit pa ko sa worksheet nga embedded sa word doc.. then bsan i.change nako ug color kay same ra japon mautro nig exit nako pag.edit sa excel worksheet... any idea?

Btw, gi copy paste ra ni from excel to word? Basin sa imong original excel file naka enable ang shared workbook.

E try nato remote imong pc para ma resolve naa connected man kaha na sa net... or try send the sample file para ma check namo.....
