Clavel Martinez, a member of a Political Dynasty is now going against Arroyo by saying that there was cheating here ni Cebu simply because she has gone to desperate means to make her husband (the patriarch of such dynasty) Governor.... At first she wanted to make a separate province up north so that she and her husband will become the sole rulers of their fiefdom.... now she's saying that there was indeed cheating... So ironic that at first she was the first to vouch for the integrity of the Cebu elections, and that was before Gwen was proclaimed..

I'l bet one million pesos that in the coming elections (when clavel's term would end) Junie will RUN for congressman, or if not his son who is currently Mayor.
