Fajardo - the big difference
bsing lisod pildihon ang uv sa uc kai alkansi cla sa gedagkoon. pero ug tarungon lng ug gamit sa coach sa uc ang iyang mga player murag dli jd cgru imposible na mudaog cla. the uc coach should learn to trust his other players as well. he should try using the other players he has so the players would be exposed and also I believe that uc has a other potential players that could help him win the game.Instead of always using the same players in the game why not try his other players.Sometimes the coach gives chances to the unused players but there is not enough time for the players to prove their self bcoz if they make a small mistake they will be taken out of the game even if they were only inside the court for ten seconds. Remember the last game that they had during the partners cup this year while they were using the barangayan system were they can only change their players at the last qrtr.? Lisod2 manjd gani to cla pildihon bsing wla pa gni ga dungan ug sod ang ilang mga sinaligan nga player. They even beat the UV team 3 times I quess in the elemination round even if they were using the barangayan. So this just simply means that the UC team has other potential players that they can use inorder to win a game.Their coach should minimize using the same players in every game and leaving the other players unused for the whole game. C'mon this other players has also been training very hard so they can improve their game.To compensate what they have done they also deserve to be given a chance to be seen what they have been practing for to be fair to them also. Pag last na partners cup UC gave a really good game jd bya bcause of their rookies.Junmar Fajardo and Roger Caytuna had a very nice tandem during those games. Tnan newspapers was making a noise about the 2 of them saying that if both of them are inside the court lisod kaau cla pugngan. So why not use the same team ups in the last game bcoz UC was effective that way instead of putting R. Caytuna in the bench. Muna maka ingun nlng ta nga ang coach sa UC kai pabor ang style tngud sa iyang gina bhat. He should not be up to giving long playing times to the same players again and again just so they will be exposed.Ang atoa nga mka daog ang atung team naai mga magamit nga player na gpang bangko lng ky thinking the first time na pagsod ky bati ang duwa d na tgaan ug lain nga chance nga mkasod sa korte. You should learn how to risk and try something new and never give up in pushing their lucks so UC could win. If the team will lose then atleast your players will not regret on what happened since you've also gven them a chance to be inside the court and to prove their selves and also in that way you are being effective as a coach coz your helping them to be more self confident by trusting them to be a part of the game.As a coach it should be your job to guide, protect and help them to be a more effective players in the game.DOnt take these kids for granted by not using them if u thnk that they will be a no help to the team then talk to them and let them go so they will not end up as a waste.

Earlier, the Don Bosco Technology Center (DBTC) Greywolves escaped with a 66-63 win over the smaller University of San Carlos (USC) Baby Warriors for their second victory in four games.
Time has changed and for the Magis Eagles, they showed a lot of im-provements one year after they lost to the Cebu Eastern College (CEC) Dragons in the finals. They defeated the same rivals last year only by six points, 78-72, but now they made sure that they have left the Baby Panthers dead.
Three Magis Eagles finished in double figures led by Julius Cadavis with 17 markers as they beat the Baby Panthers in the second half to the pulp after being just ahead by two at the intermission, 32-30.
The victory gave them a clean 4-0 slate in the company of the University of the Visayas (UV) Baby Lancers. It rarely happened that the Magis Aaron Sing added 14 points while Patrick Go had 13 points for the Magis Eagles.
On the other hand, Stephen Nierre collected 25 points to lead the Junior Greywolves even as Jose Marlo Pono and Carmel Lex Mellijor chipped in 15 and 14 points, respectively.
