How does measuring the age of our universe fit in the framework of relativity?

I was just thinking... perhaps this is a dumb question & the two are unrelated. But, they say the universe is roughly 14 billion years old other say is 41 murag gibali . My question would be, relative to who?
*What is the real age of the universe from this future frame of reference?
*Does where one goes affect the age of the universe?
*Has the astronaut simply travelled into the distant future and his clock is showing the wrong time?

It depends on the method used to determine the age of the universe. If you're using nucleocosmochronology or Age of Elements method, you need not bother with relativity because you're using the rate of radioactive decay as your basis.
