I guess a dual core PC like Athlon X2 and Pentium D is up for the job dili man heavy on processing ang flashing, with 2 GB memory is fine if tight on budget pwede raman gani built-in video kay wala man heavy graphics rendering nga kinahanglan para magrepair ug Cellphone..

15k bisan intel celeron d lang kaya naman na, i7 kai overkill na na as long nga Dual Core TS nya 4gb of RAM fight nana bisan wala video card payts na.
