Looking for a new motherboard need suggestions

Here is my Current Set up :

Mobo : MSI h55m-e33
Processor : core i3 530
RAM : 4gb ddr3 1333
HDD : 1.3Tb total (2 hard drives, 1 320gb and 1 1TB)
Video Card : Gforce 9800GT 1GB DDR3 256bit
PSU : silverstone st50f-es strider essentials 500watts.

Currently my motherboard is frustrating me. The audio jacks are screwed up. I had the techs at PC Ex check them out and they said they would need to ship it back to MSI which will take about 3-4 weeks. And being without a computer is well... not where I want to be.

I have a 7k budget for a new Mobo. What can you guys recommend for my current set up?

PS - Once I get the MSI Mobo back, I will put it back on the rig, and use the newer mobo for a 2nd rig. :P

Mao jud bro. That shouldn't take that long if they have the same brand and stocks why don't they have replaced it right away it has a warranty as well.
