i think Wimax na nga issue..
how VPN works in my own opinion and understanding:

Me w/out using a VPN ------>(transferred un-encrypted http "www.google.com")---->ISP (opps.. you have insufficient credits to do so) ----> Returns an error.

Me using a vpn -----> (transferred encrypyted http "www.google.com") ---->ISP (hey what are you saying, i can't understand..) ahh.. nevermind ---> Internet Cloud
