There are other physical signs to look for aside from the ODO provided that it wasn't change like the front seat sags over worn interior, the struts, brakes, etc; or ask a good mechanic that can sniff it a mile away if the mileage is tampered. Tampering mileage is a serious offense to a buyer and takes a lot of guts to pull off specially if your dealing cars/bikes on a daily basis; would put the dealer credibility down...again just sayin'

Potential signs of tampering:

1. at around 40-60kmh, mu wobble ang speedometer needle sa dashboard
2. ang mga numbers (sa mechanical type, not digital), dili aligned
3. ang mileage less than 100K unya naa nay hilis ang brake pad sa side nga duol sa gas pedal
4. sa toyota diesel nga mechanical, kalit musiga ang timing belt warning nga wala may problema ug wala pa ka sa 100K. Toyota has a separate odometer at the engine that automatically lights up the timing belt warning light every 100K and needs to be reset by toyota. Kung musiga na siya nga wala pa muabot ug 100K, now you know pila ang giatras

I still don't know how to check digital type odometers kung napaatras na siya. Digital types i know pwede i-reset to zero

me share. for me its not just being pa-atras sa odo. but i can also make the odo not running pilit ra ang mileage daan or bag-o digital pa na imu odo. hehe

oldschool na kaau ni nga issue... ang pina kamaayo tingai buhaton kung ga duda ka sa mileage is check ang overall nga condition sa sakyanan, mailhan mana nimo unsa bati unsai nindut bisan dli ka mekaniko.
