Tax Declaration
Lot Title
and confirm it to the Register of Deeds

If it's in a Subdivision:
Research the Company
- Company Portfolio
- Delivery Time-Line
- Quality of work
- Property Management

Search for the prices on the internet. basin mailad ka ma overpriced. then e check ra register of deeds ky naay uban lot subra kadaghan tag iya. if declaration ra e check sa denr ky naa uban dli ma titulohan.
