    hehehe. supplements like amino, creatine[ambot sakto ba spelling], and whey protein, then pag work out. hehehehe... mao na akong nahibaw-an sa mga tawo nga akong kaila.

    increase fat and protein intake.. whey protein can help but it doesn't directly make you gain weight.. it makes you eat MORE.. thus, it boils down to this------>more intake = increase in body weight..

    don't forget to eat healthy.. :mrgreen:

    parehas diay ta problema bai... ang ako gibuhat kay nag-gym ko for 3months unya ming-undang dayon... ming-gain ko ug mga 6lbs pero karon kay ni-ubos na pod ako timbang... gym na pod ko balik next month..

    well from what i've know..
    i assume naa mo na body type na ectomorph(what most people calls "skinny & bones") and what ever you eat you won't seem to get big?

    mag bodybuild mo then increase your intake of food(around 3000~4000 calories) with 60%carbs,30%protein,10%fat(adjust lang unsa ma angai nimo isuggest more carbs)..

    in my opinion mao tingali ni one of the most difficult out of the 3 body types pa buff(mas sayon mo naog sa bukid kai mo saka sa bukid hehehe.. )

    Wala ba nay side-effects ang mga supplements bai? like kanang bad para sa imong kidneys?

    inom ug full cream milk 1 glass before matulog and in the morning...
