Magic jack weird problem

kinsay nakasuway aning Magic Jack...kung Windows XP ok ra ang compatibility as in normal ra siya 8months nah..pero sa Windows7 Ultimate,madetetect man siya pero inig re-start,mawala....unknown device nah...mawagtang siya sa My Computer..kinahanglan pa nako i-unplug then taud napud para ma-detect ug balik....maski asa nga usb port same problem...sa XP wala jud ni mag-inamaw...

ako gi-reformat kay kapoy balik2x...reset cmos...load bios default..medyo wala na motukar...cross my fingers...

Ma resolve ra man cguro to kng run nimo in compatibility mode.. Wa man ko ka sugat ana tong naa pa ko magic jack..

mawala man gud siya maski sa bios...

so far wa man ko kasuway ana nga problem dah! windows 7 ultimate gamit sa office sa akoa papa asus p5pe-vm pa gud ang mobo nga karaan pa gud ang gigamit.

i google na bro. naka problema sad ko ani befor.

What i did was copy a certain magicjack folder from a working win xp computer nya gi copy lang nako sa win7 nga comp para mo initialize/recognize cya on boot up.

1 year kapin na hinuon toh, i'm sure karon na resolve na na nila (compatibility issues in win7)

TS..try ni..

open device manager,,then click > disk drives..
look for Tigerjet or YMAX magicJack device, right click on it and select uninstall..
then click on > DVD/CD drives..right click on Tigerjet or YMAX and select uninstall..
unya adto dayon Network Adapters..check if you have Realtek..right click on it and select Properties..nya click daun \Roll back drivers..

Unplug replug then run the magicjack upgrade..you can get the upgrade link at magicJack - Knowledgebase/FAQ

if mawala pod sa bios,,, clearly indicates low-level ang issue ani... perhaps your motherboard has issues bro?

if the device is absent sa BIOS (which is OS independent),, rule out the drivers problem.

suwayi ug windows 7 home premium bro..... ing-ana sad akoa b4 with win7 ultimate, ako gibuhat gi reformat nako with win7 home premium then ok na sya......
