i used it during my 3rd trimester,i took the raspberry leaf tea tablets instead cause i couldnt take the taste of the tea itself. anyways,i ended up overdue and i was scheduled to be induced at 42 weeks but i took castor oil when i was 40 weeks 3 days overdue and after 4 hours from taking castor oil,my labour started and after 7 hours... there! a bouncing 9lbs, 58.5cm height baby boy!

its not recommended due to caffeine, but its okay with moderation daw. raspberry leaf tea can only be taken if your already in your 3rd trimester. it helps facilitate childbirth as it soften up the cervix

dli ko expert sa herbal teas but generally, dapat with caution jud magtake kay some herbs kay dli man proven unsa ilang effects sa body..

tea, in general, should be minimized kay it contains caffeine, which goes directly to your baby.. plus it's a diuretic..
