guys we need your advice,help

naa ko amiga. ni file na siya ug resignation sa iya gi trabahon kay for personal reason.dapat 1 month ang effectivity. wala na siya mo sulod 1 week after filling the resignation letter. trainee pa siya wa pa siya 3 months. (online esl) ang problema...sa contract basta mo undang ang trainee pabayron ug 5k for training misc. kuno sa company...

pwede ba jud mo empose ug ani nga m.o.a ang mga private companies o pang hadlok rani?

@TS: for your first question, It depends, if she still has some collectible to the company, then the company may deduct the said amount to her salary. If she is no longer expecting some salary, then might as well not pay, the company will not sue you for breach of contract for 5,000 knowing the cost will be more to that.

second question: YES it is possible for companies to state that in the contract for the purpose that they are the the ones hiring you. If you do not agree with it why in the first place you sign the contract or the M.O.A? i think they companies have the right to imposed such bonds, for the sole reason that once they hire you and they have spent your training and as well PAID you. Then they really expect that you will work for them and not just have their training and apply it somewhere else. Of course, this only applies if you are in the probation period. But after six months, then you can resign.

Liable jud imo miga. Kay it was clearly stated in the contract man kaha.


Next time, kung mo-pirma gani og kontrata or papers, basaha jud.
