it depends of the type of work, if you will be working in a manufacturing company make sure that they have unlimited overtime, make sure free food and accommodation. I have work in twn for three years and during that time we have unlimited overtime plus incentive and allowances.

wala nko sa twn kai balhin amo company sa china, gamay ra laki ila hire sa RMA, RE and instrumentation team. Uban nko kauban naa gihapon sa china kai open contract man mi.. gamay ra amo cash bond kai shoulder man uban sa company.
