thanks guys, i called up neo galaxy and im just waiting for the owner to get back to me about the whole process and an estimate

@stephengeek: i bought the jtag at itech awhile back ago, they never game me the cpu key (do you mean nand) i did however find some tuturials online, but i dont want to brick my console.

anyway i have a ton of games i have downloaded without playing them, if you want we can trade. just let me know
