Audioengine A2, Creative T40 or Bose Companion 2

Mangayo lang kog feedback sa mga audiophiles nato diri. Ive read good reviews of the Audioengine and ATM, im more inclined towards it. Unfortunately, i havent auditioned it yet to be able to assess if the price premium over the other two is well worth it. I have auditioned the Bose and i thought it's mediocre because I was expecting a tighter thump @ 100-150hz range. Ill get to test the Audioengine maybe on saturday.

Im not an audiophile though and not very meticulous. I just have some kind of fetish for "choosing whichever offers the best value"

Ganahan pud ko sa companion 3 boss siops. Mao lang i think its too much for PC speakers. And if ever i'd have to go that way, i'd better opt for the Logitech z5500 which come at the same price.

bitaw lahi jud ang quality bai sa companion 3. last time i saw the price was at 15K php sa istore ayala... ambot pila nana ron. i haven't checked out the current price bacin 12k nana cguro kron ang price

ang Logitech z5500 ok pod. and its a 5.1 na compared to companion 3 na 2.1 ra. and yeah i think its at par with the price sa bose companion 3

but if you are on a tight budget then try this

octane7 by altec lansing. (this is a reincarnation of the old model ATP3)

Companion 3 is around 16.5k @ circuit city (less if cash) and z5500 is around 15k. I already have a Jamo subs @ home and this time around im looking for small footprint, small size, big on sound kind of thing. Preferably 2.0 gyud but something where the sound is not what you'd expect from a 2.0 setup. Right now i think the audioengine perfectly fits the description.

Waiting for feedbacks on the creative t40 though. Its the cheapest of the 3.

I would rather go for the Audioengine.. Asa man ka makapalit ana boss and where? The white one looks wonderful... It would match my new White 600T...

Dili jud ko muhikap sa BOSE kay para nako Bose means Buy Other Sound Equipment... they ask too much for what they're worth.

@TS: what is your budget? & what will you be using the speakers mainly for? music or gaming or movies? will the setup be in a big or small room? quiet or loud area?

IMHO, the best way to choose would be to audition.
