...But these may not be the ThunderCats you grew up with. The brightly-colored look of the '80s version has been replaced here by darker, more anime-style animation. And the story has gotten an update as well: Rather than a large team of feline superheroes, the new "ThunderCats" focuses on a young Lion-O, who uses the powerful Sword of Omens to lead an army of cat warriors against evil sorcerer Mumm-Ra and his lizard soldiers.

The only thing I remember about this series is: "Thunder! Thunder! Thunder! Thundercats!"
