It's either naubusan og applicants ang visayas and mahadlok ilaha mga recruitment teams nga muanhi sa mindanao, daghan unta mga qualified dinhi, or basin naa jud shortage sa qualified prospects basin nitaas na naman ila standards..

Talent? I don't think English literacy is a talent. It's just our second-language. Any college or even HS grad can do any call center job.

dili man sad sila ma nurse kay wala nay bakante nga hospital ug gagmay pud ug sweldo. same pud sa engineer..

that is because...................more and more people from the call center are getting off and look for a "normal" job......
i settled for a lower pay...........than listen to people yelling at you for no reason, berating you and our race, a "where the f**k are you, your break is over?" roll call............

our country needs more nurse, because of this call center (beside from oppurtunity to other country) opportunities, nag ka brain drain ato country.... a sad reality that most young generation karon they prefer easy money!!!, i grow up in a generation that believe that there is no such thing as shortcut to success, haguan jud na!!!
to be a nurse doesnt need to be stationed in hospital only, even with those brgy health center they can still be a nurse!!, even engrs they dont to build big bldgs to be called engr!, we do need more hospital but a sad fact that its not gonna happen soon so better make used what we already have!!!Last edited by salbahis; 07-31-2011 at 11:24 AM.

mo dwat palang na cla ug HS grad nga proficient in english..
para ang Nurses, sa Hospital ang Engr sa ilaha sad nga field..
