I suggest you open an eon card in union bank. You can sign up online and claim it on any union bank branch. just bring 2 valid ideas and P350 to open the account. Then sign up for paypal and enroll the card. Good thing about eon: whatever you deposit inside the account, it will be used by your paypal even w/o funds on paypal, it will serve as your funds there and directly debit the amount in the card to pay for what you buy online. (I've been doing this for the past months now). Plus, you don't need a maintaining balance. you can use all the money on the account. You just need to pay an annual(yearly) fee of 350 every end of the year. That's all.so simple, easy and convenient for you. You can also PM me to help you out.
