One little thing I'd like to comment on is that there is no such word as "softwares" although it has become acceptable to say softwares in the Philippines. It should simply be "software".

maybe they mean 'softwarez'

just a suggestion, if you like that it should really sounds plural, maybe 'software products' is better one.
