It is topbilled by Kathryn Bernardo, Julia Montes, Enrique Gil, and Sam Concepcion. Agot Isidro is also part of the cast. It is directed by Jerry Lopez-Sineneng and premieres in theaters on August 17, 2011.

Earlier this year, AJ Perez and Albie Casiņo were the first ones chosen to portray the male lead roles for the movie. However, the first died in accident in April and was replaced by Concepcion. Meanwhile, the latter was removed from the cast reportedly because Star Cinema would like to experiment on a new "loveteam" and thus Gil was hired for his replacement.

Directed by Jerry Lopez-Sineneng, Way Back Home is set to be released on August 17, 2011!
