unless your using SSD's u will not notice a difference using mechanical drives on either sataII or sataIII---but i guess this is not what u want to know...

@ace_maranga: I'm using SATA III @ 6GB/s see no difference. I'm also using USB 3.0 see no difference as well. We'll wait nalang until such time will come nga ma standardize nana sila. Very Unnoticeable difference I mean.

@freelancetech you should see a difference sa USB 3.0 when using a USB 3.0 device like a flash drive bro. SATA 3.0, i agree na no difference since only few SSDs go beyond the 3gb/s limit sa SATA 2.0
