    Default Cold Sore, anyone?

I am sharing this 'coz this is one disease common to everyone. Cold sore or "ugahip" are small, painful, fluid-filled blisters or sores that appear on the lips, mouth, or nose that are caused by a virus. They're caused by the herpes simplex virus and are contagious. There may be pain or tingling one to two days before the cold sores appear. Cold sores generally clear in seven to ten days.

So actually wala jud syay tambal mawala ra ug iya in a week or so unless mainfected so mas madugay maayo. Naay suggestion for alternative medicine which is herbal nga tambal sa ugahip:

    *Dahon sa Kalatsutsi
    - Kohaa ang duga gikan sa dahon
    - Idapat direkta sa ugahip, katulo sa usa ka adlaw.

*Dahon sa Sunting (wako kaila ani na tanom)
    - Kohaa ang duga gikan sa dahon
    - Idapat ang duga sa ugahip

Was there a post na ani? Kay ako lang nigshare kay right now daghan ko kaila naa ani na sakit.

in addition to an alternative medicine a friend told me to dab a powdered salt sa infected part using the index finger or tudlo in 30 seconds para dali madry ang cold sore. another would be dab the cold sore with ice once every hour.
