Yes it will. Though we want to get a high -paying job, transferring from one job to another in a short period of time shows that you are not committed to the company. Some companies view this as a NO-NO.

If you don't have a binding contract with your current company, and you really want to go the other company then inform them a month before your actual date of leaving the office.
