Can we take driving classes even if we don't have licence/car?

Im really planning to learn to drive, kay plano ko magpalit ug auto puhon. But i dont want to rush nga palit or/loan daun...kay mahal kahaang mantenance kung naa kay auto, not now lang sa. Still saving up for it.

So im planning to take a driving class, my concern is ok ra ba kaha nga ala tay driving license kung mu take ta ani? Or kung ala pa koy car, ok raba kaha?

Also, asa sad ta kapa enroll for this? Kana lang unta sa Mandaue/Lapulapu area.

get a student permit bro, with that you can take your driving lessons...

you could enrol to any driving schools with in your area, try looking on malls, or commercial
establishments if you can,

You should apply for a student permit TS so you can take driving lessons

Yup, get a student permit bro. this will be your "permit" to have driving lessons

However, when you do have a student permit it doesn't mean that you can drive and study all alone along the streets.

You must have a "teacher" (another person with a professional driver's license yata or non-prof...no sure which" accompanying you while practicing driving

Some usually mis-interpret a Studen't Permit as a mini-driver's license so they go drive off alone. This is a very big No-no
