    akoa style para flat gihapon ako tummy is mo inum jud ko og tubig 2glasses of water before ko mo kaon (breakfast, lunch , dinner) para gamay nalang ako ma intake before meals but of course dapat mga healthy foods jud ato i maintain...

    Flat ra au akong tummy bisan 4 times na naka baby, wa man ko gaexercise pud, di lang jud ko molingkod 30 minutes after meal... no diet...hehehe.. hope it also adds

    Well thanks gracie for such a nice information about flat belly. With these tricks a person can easily reduce his belly fat and can get flat belly. In my opinion running is best exercise for fat burning. We should do running for one hour because running makes us active and burns belly fat quickly.
