it's not intended for scam lng, importante pod ang public notice like

Person A is not affiliated with company A anymore. (Therefore the company is not liable for any transactions with person A anymore)

Kita nko ani bro, what I am requesting for is public notice section, not just for rating of buyers/seller or notice for bogus buyers/joy reservers.

Kana gani pareho sa news paper, public notice. You can post company announcement intended for the public like a person handling bank for your company left, and so you need to announce to the public that this person is no longer tied with your company.

This could also raise awareness sa scam/fraud and other malicious transactions.
