does changing rims of a car elevate the car?


or would it have the same ground clearance whether what rim size the car is fitted?


planning to buy a car but im afraid the current compact cars in the market have really low clearance...

bigger rims would elevate the ground clearance however the bigger it gets could also compromise the finder clearance...

it would but it would depend on the rims and tires.coz if your stock is 14's change to 17's but have a 50 series tire on it,it would just have the same diameter with the 14's with thick series tires.but kung 14 imo stock change ka 17 nya same thick tires imo gamiton as of kato sa 14 para mulift pwede pero d na masulod sa imo wheel well unless mag pa lift ka sa imo shocks..

If you want to keep the same elevation on your car and slapping in some new rims...the bigger the size of the rims the thinner the tire gets..mg low profile tires if d ka gnhan ma usab imo ride height if you plan on getting bigger rims than your oem rims.
