Individuals between the age of 21 and 25, must "... ask their parents or guardian for advice upon the intended marriage. If they do not obtain such advice, or if it be unfavorable, the marriage license shall not be issued till after three months following the completion of the publication of the application therefor. TS: mag secret marriage ka,

complicated kaayo na, if mo abroad ka lisod kaayo na, but here sa pinas pwede depende unsa sila ka strict sa requirements. Naa man gud uban dili mna nila i-change ila last name para wala kaayo gubot.

Pero kanang secret marriage, sakit na sa family. I know kay naka experience nako na naay secret marriage, feeling nimo na traydor ka kay gipag lihiman ka.
