I currently have an application from one of the real estate developers. I just finished paying the equity for the property that I will be purchasing. But my problem is that I just resigned from my job due to health reasons. I am worried that I may not be eligible for a housing loan from Pag-Ibig. Are they strict when it comes to loaners that don't have jobs? I am very confident that I can still pay for the monthly amortization even for a year without a job, which is enough time for me to recover for my health.
