The government should come up with something to help these kids. Setting them free means that there is a good chance that they'd be doing it again. Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act is a crap. It's not helping the people and its not helping the minors.

What the government should do is to put these kids to rehab. It makes sense nga di sila dapat ipriso but they should be guided. Walay mahitabo kung buhian lang sila because of the fact that they are minors. And in line to that, dapat isummon ang parents ug ipaattend ug seminar para maguide ang mga bata. At that age, for sure naay dakong sayop ang mga ginikanan ana nganong na ingon ana na ang mga bata.

parents should take the responsibility to this kids but sad is some parents try to push there kids to that matter

This scenario is already happening a long time ago, and it's time for the govt to take proper action on this matter..This is getting worse everyday..tsk tsk.
