I saw this at smart wireless center. And also their agent selling this type of Mobile Telephone.

okay kaayo siya kaso wala lang siyay incoming calls. I have this gamit kaayo siya sa balay if wala muy load kai unli text to all network ni cya as long as nay load wallet sulod ani ug dili jud mag expire maka tawag ni sya sa cellphone all network and landline.
