We get fats from the foods and drinks we eat. Through involving in different physical activities fats from those foods burned. The more calories we store in our body the more excess fats that will remain and can cause the overweight of a person. Today, most people tend to focused themselves on lying on the couch and watching the television instead of doing some physical activities outdoor. We ride wherever we go instead of doing some walking or riding on a bicycle. Not all school have Physical Education subject that’s why most children are not getting involve in different physical and outdoor activities. Having a hectic and busy schedule can affect our eating habits; we used to buy foods from the fast food chains and restaurants instead of cooking at home. We are living in a fast face environment that’s why we do everything in the fast manner but then we didn’t notice that our health is being affected by this.
Somehow being an obese can discourage a person’s self-esteem, instead of dwelling yourself on those worries try to seek help and do some changes in your daily routine by involving in your schedule a physical activity and having a healthy diet. Try to lessen sodas and fatty foods. Love green and leafy vegetables and citrus foods. Checking your BMI (Body Mass Index) makes you much aware about your health condition especially your weight.
