If talking only about our own solar system, it depends on what class planets are you talking about.
1. Dominant planets - there are probably no more dominant planets beyond Neptune.
2. Dwarf planets - likelihood, possible (with Plutons and Kuiper Belt objects now in the picture, daghan pa ang pwedeng ma discover)
3. Minor planets - likelihood, 100% ...too small and too many
Now as to exoplanets, that's an entirely different story. But claims have been made that over several hundred exoplanets have been observed orbiting other star systems.

Highly unlikely. That is like saying, "Basin na discover na tanang blades of grass in the world" or "Basin na discover na ang tanang grains of sand in the world"
