    Default NSO copy errors intentional?

Theres a growing amount of persons complaining on errors of data in the NSO birth certificates which are not in the original birth certificates.
clerical error in nso birth certificate - Page 2

I think this is not normal.

Personal experience tells you something is wrong in their system.
My experience--- we are six in the family but 2 of our NSO copy birth certificates have errors.
That's 33 percent. right there you will know that there's a problem with NSO copy birth certificates.
But the question is ---Are these errors honest mistakes or are these mistakes intentional?

If the charges for correcting those errors are minimal or free, we could say those errors are honest mistakes.
But if the NSO charges for correcting those errors cost you more than P1,000 that means those errors could be intentional.

My son's classmates had the same problems.
My neighbors have the same problems.
This is too frequent and to much to be considered honest mistakes.
I want to start this thread to start another call for errors on NSO copy birth certificates.
So we may see if these errors are really intentional or not.

Post you NSO data errors in this thread.

my sons birthday is march 3
thats in his original birth certificate

    NSO error---Month 3 (instead of March 3)

    pretty obvious

I think they are hiring "low IQ" encoders
or they intentionally put mistakes in them just to make more money on correction charges

Adto mu pag kuha copy sa NSO hotline from Manila, 2-3 days ang delivery and walay binoang, 300 ang fee.

Mas strikto ang manila nag NSO office compared diri local, daghan binoang.

I forgot the number sad, try searching the net if naa pa.

i dont think its katangahan. sobra ra sad na katanga kung ang male himuong female, di ba? i have a feeling nga intentional ni ilang errors. i just dont know kinsa nagsugo nila.
