kani nga age, ang dapat trabaho ani kay mga consultant naman guro ni. unya dili ra sad ang experience ang tan-awn ani, ang trainings pud ug ang mga post graduate degree. para klarong ma hire jud.

one thing is certain here, if one is over 35 and has not found a good job, chances are he/she is stuck with what he/she have at present.

life is supposed to start at 40. when one is jobless at 40, slow death begins instead. goodbye world. better luck next time.

Age is not supposed to matter! If there is the right attitude AND aptitude, I would pick those over 40 over one who is younger but do not seem to have settled yet. Of course they would have to be qualified well.

On the other hand, being over 40, I prefer working with the younger generation as youth is 'contagious'.

IMO Filipinos should observed this ^_^ . hehehe no to that discrimination oie as long as able to work pana sila (sound mind, strong and healthy) let's welcome them. Kita tanan mo reached ra anang edara oie.
