It's raining now in Cebu City, kusog kaayo. Almost Zero Visibility kay mura naay fog.

Normal ra ba kaha ni nga phenomenon?

If you're ever on a ferryboat from Lapu-Lapu to Pier 3 around 6:30AM, you can absolutely smell the fresh air and enjoy the scenery of the sun slowly coming up.

Pero, lingi-a ang area above Cebu City... there's a brownish discoloration in the air hovering over the City that you can't see when you look at the areas towards the North of South. tsk tsk tsk.
