Im looking for a draftsman for a small housing project.

Qualifications: can be a graduate or student in Architecture or Engineering.

Need him/her to plot/draw a plan to scale (preferably in autocad) for house plans for me to consult/costing and apply for building permit.. I already have some sketch on what I want and the sketch plan of the lot. If he/she can render the house in 3d will be a plus.

Can you post here, the sketch of your design and as well as your sketch plan of the lot.

I can draw it for you and render it in 3d using any of these, Autocad, 3ds Max or Sketchup.
