Maglisod man ko ug apply kay lahi man ako previous background, pero I know my capabilities and potential. I consider myself a fast learner and possessing above average intellect. Naa kaha company willing mu gamble in hiring me?

if you're planning to change job or resign at your current job, make sure nga naa kay kabalhinan dayon. plan things ahead. pait kaung magtambay nasad ka, basin madayonan nya! nyahaha. ingon cla pahuway sa cla, then kanus-a man mulihok balik? unsa na, gana2? aw hinuon dili sad ko kabuot, ilaha nang decisyon.
i had this officemate nga niresign and went to singapore, he's really lucky indeed i must say. i thought naa na siyay job didto, pero wala diay. nahug ra nga nag vacation siya...and now he's back here. i doubt if he has a job now.
nakaingon gyud ko sakong kaugalingon nga "sayanga! opportunity na unta to pero he let it slip away! i hope ako nlng unta to didto da!" hahaha![]()
Let me share an interview experience I had with a foreign employer recently.
It was a job in my field but different from my previous job description. It is like I was shooting rifles, and here I was applying for a position shooting pistols. But still the same shooting and hitting targets. (analogy ra na ha, I dont shoot in real life, hehe)
The guy explained, most employers nowadays, rarely give chances for people wanting to change fields of work. With tight budgets, less is alloted for training these people. Most if not all companies want people who can hit the ground running so to speak.
For those who are able to shift fields of occupation and are successful, consider yourselves lucky and fortunate. You have a kind employer who sees your worth beyond that paper called a resume.
Otherwise, life is a dead end, you are stuck with what you have and live with it.
