I've been doing research e-cigarettes for the past 2 years. They originally were invented in 2004. I'm a diabetic who has had an addiction to cigarettes for the past 13 years. I use to smoke 3 packs a day and in 2010 - 2011 I lowered it to about 1-2 packs per day. Since I've been using E-Cigarettes [ different brands from the one's that cost 1000 php to 5000 php ] for the past 2 months.
