Sinamak is a local suka/vinegar specialty in Bacolod and mostly Negros areas, It is an homemade household brand same as Pinakurat in Iligan. It is a variation of pure coconut vinegar combined with herbs and spices and a special root crop locally known as Langkawas that can only be found in Negros areas which makes the Sinamak distinctive from other vinegar variations across the country.

bro ang pinakurat naa say distinct na lasa nga wa sa sinamak while our sinamak naay say lasa nga wa ang pinakurat.. basically both vinegars has a unique taste and excel in thier own right try lang nya bro and compare for yourself..
