    Default hot pandesal

    ask ko lng mga kaistoryan

nganong lisod man pangitaon diri sa cebu ang init na pandesal?
    4am
5am 6am pa lng sa buntag bugnaw or bahaw na ang mga pandesal sa mga bakery

not like in manila anytime in the morning their pandesal always remain fresh and hot
sahay di na ka kaabot ug init nga pandesal kay mahurot man dayon

    ask lng

you might be staying in a neighborhood who does not fancy hot pan de sal that's why if there's less demand for it then there's less production; get the drift? There are a lot of bakery in Cebu City; you just need to ask their taking out of the oven time. Some come as early as 4am like you said. Just saying. =)

julies, arbees tinongs and even pan de manila here are amoung the few that i have tried but still their pandesal are not unless if you arrived the bakery right after they had just removed the pandesal from the oven. thats the only time you would get fresh and hot pandesal. but after 30mins or so they would be cold anymore.

one thing i noticed though is that right after they removed the bread from oven, they put it on display and even left alone uncovered in trays on the shelves

in my opinion if you have a bakery business you dont have to display your pandesal anymore
people do already know and understand that you're a bakery and that means you also sell pandesal

in manila what they do after they removed the bread from the oven is that they put in an box a big box with katsa or dry clean cloth on it and papers (used for paper bag for bread) or some bakery would prefer a big bamboo basket with the same katsa and paper. they would cover the pandesal and they would just get it from there everytime a customer buys a pandesal. and even after 30mins or more they still remains hot and fresh...
