Problem w/ WinXP Professional Edition

Gi reformat nako akong 80GB Samsung HDD. Partition nakog 4.5GB para sa C: drive ug the rest adto na sa D: drive. Taod dayon ang WinXP Pro na OS sa C:. Everything went fine until mga 3 weeks after. Pag boot up nako ug dapit sa kanang mu gawas ang WELCOME na startup screen display, na-ay error message mu gawas na YOU HAVE ENTERED AN INVALID PRODUCT KEY . . .

Ako unta e enter balik ang product key pero wala man ning gawas ang product key field para ma enter nako usab. E click ra nako ang OK button atong error message nya den mu padayon rag bootup pero na-ay functions gi disable nya like pag plug nakog flash drive, di nya ma detect. Mura na limited iya functions. Asa na dapit na enter nako balik ang product key? Or maybe na-a moy lain ma suggest ani mga bros & sis.

Kapoy naman reformat ug start over again. Ubay-ubay na bya na programs na taod nako.

basin pirated na imong XP then imong g update sa net mao cguro nag in ana na sya karon

first.. maybe your windows xp copy is pirated and since and windows update raba na ang OS once you're online.
second...maybe you didn't activate the windows xp. after nimo install you have to activate your OS if orig na siya ha.

Try to reinstall the OS bro, nya e activate pra la na hastle.. at least mka update pud ka bago sa Microsoft..

Mga bros, kaning unit naka setup ani wala gyuy internet connection ug gi disable nako ang updating options. Hasta ang firewall ako pud gi disable. Mao nang nalibog gyud ko y ning gawas ning error na wala man koy internet connection.

since daghan naka programs na installed.. try repair the OS using the installer. =)

@beloyski: Be warned that istorya mods from on discussion on how to circumvent OS protection (like CD Key bypassing). It would be construed as form of warez discussion.

If ever orig gyud ang imong installer, maybe you entered the key wrong. If it isn't then no matter how much you reformat and enter the key, it the installtion wouldn't succeed (since XP asks CD-Keys during installation process).
